We believe changing agencies should be an absolute last resort because
we know longevity with good agency partners works. Ask people at
Procter and Gamble, Ford or Pepsi or countless others who have taken
the long view with their agencies. Just like the stock market over
the past fifty years those who hung in there did well! Bumps in
relationships are unavoidable but if you've chosen a quality resource
it is often worth the effort to work out your differences.
There are very specific reasons agencies and clients don't get along.
Most can be easily overcome because the same mistakes on both sides
(client and agency) repeat themselves, just like history. They almost
always involve unfulfilled expectations, some reasonable, some not,
However, most of these disappointments can be avoided with regular
reviews, evaluations and dialogue between client and agency. Its
worked for P&G, it will work for you.
I know how to fix these problems so they stay fixed. I have had

Remember, divorce can be very expensive and time consuming but is
easily avoided once both partners agree to some very reasonable
expectations.
